The Quiet Man - 1954
My wife and I watched the first 75 min and just could not get into this movie. I did like the shots of Ireland, but did not like the fake backdrops that they used in some scenes. I did like O'Hara and Wayne but could not understand the locals when they spoke with the Irish accent. I felt the movie was slow and just couldn't get into it, sorry I gave it a chance but it struck out with me.

Hey, thanks for giving it a try...I tried Hud. The accent of the locals was something I liked because it gave the authentic feel to the movie. This was probably my favorite Wayne movie, but the music and the scenary were amazing for me.
